First, can we please advise you of our satisfaction with our tour guide in Guilin, called Helen. Helen was amazing, and one of the nicest tour guides we had. She was very informative and took the time to explain things to us, she was fantastic! Guilin is a beautiful city and we are so grateful for the chance to experience it.  We were also very happy with our tour guide in Shanghai, called David. David was very nice and both Helen and David spoke very good English.

Our trip was the experience of a lifetime and we have no regrets. The great wall was absolutely fantastic, a completely memorable experience! It was amazing to experience the culture of China and Hong Kong, and we will never forget it! Thankyou so much again, from both Carson and I.

We have had a very enjoyable trip to China, the organisation was superb, and we were met at the airport at every stage & were looked after throughout. There was a 3-hour delay in our flight from Xian to Beijing & we arrived in Beijing airport at 2 am, the guide was still there waiting for us to take us to the hotel.  The Yangtze cruise was very good.

The trip was a blast. The overall itinerary, content and the way it was laid out were great. For people who have 18 days available, I think it was a great coverage. Accommodation was appropriate and in general the service levels experienced were far higher than we had expected. Coach services were great, air services went without a hitch and we did not have any logistic problems.

We had a great time!! It couldn't have been better - the girls asked me to email you when I got back - you beat me to it.  The food/accommodation was good, the guides were all lovely and they all really went out of their way to help us.  We had a few hitches - lost luggage was one and Janet got really sick - but the guides just took over everything and sorted it all out.  The pace was perfect and there was enough to see and do without going over the top - so pass on to all and Sandra that it was a really good trip.

Yes we are back safely and had a lovely time. All our guides were very good, we enjoyed the food, the people were very friendly and we covered quite a range of areas. The only time we felt we didn’t organize our time very well was in Lijiang if we had have realized how close the monastery and baisha village was then we would have done a trip up to tiger leaping gorge on the first day as we had a whole day and visited the others on the 2nd day. As it was we did the monasteries and looked around old town

We loved our trip to China.  I was amazed and impressed by what I saw and would highly recommend a visit to my friends.  Everything went smoothly except for the tragedy of the earthquake. All of the hotels were in excellent locations; most guides are excellent and extremely helpful.

Yes, we are back home after a wonderful trip. It was absolutely fabulous with everything taken care of throughout the whole trip. The guides did a very good job and I bought many books about the places we visited so that I can read about it all now that I am home. It was a real eye-opener visiting China as it is really going ahead in leaps and bounds and the main cities we went to were very modern. The freeways surprised me. The hotels we stayed in were certainly 5 star and we were certainly fed well.  The shows we attended at night were exceptional and most enjoyable.

The itinerary was very good and three out of four guides of CITS travel (Henry in Beijing. Mo in Guilin and Jojo in Shanghai) were particularly helpful in making sure everything was just right and also ensuring there was some vege food available for me. The shows were great especially the acrobats. We were amazed at things happening in China and Beijing is looking spectacular. With its gardens and roses everywhere. Guilin was our favourite and one cannot say enough about its natural beauty.

Thank you for your follow up - They had a wonderful time. It was very tense there and although the Tibet Hotel was fabulous they were made to feel a bit uncomfortable about staying there because of the name.  They were most impressed with the guides who were of a very high standard.  They all cried when they left.   My clients are very generous and left them with large amounts of money they did get to see the pandas and hold the pandas which was the main reason for their visit
