Day 1 Australia - Beijing
Fly to Beijing via Guangzhou, upon arrival our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to Beijing International Hotel for the next 3 nights.

Day 2 Beijing
Morning free at leisure to relax. Enjoy an afternoon tour to visit Tiananmen Square, the icon of Beijing city, and Forbidden City, also called the Palace Museum, with a royal garden at the back. Tonight taste the delicious Peking duck (B/-/D)

Day 3 Beijing
You will be taken through the countryside of Beijing to the Great Wall - Mutianyu section, to enjoy a great view inside and outside the wall. Have a local lunch then drive on to the Ming Tomb to explore the imperial tomb and walk on the Sacred Way. (B/L)

Day 4 Train Beijing - Xian
Today's highlights include Temple of Heaven, where the emperors from the old dynasties worship the God and prayed for better harvest; the Summer Palace, a beautiful imperial garden with the shimmering water of Kunming Lake. Evening transfer to station to take overnight express train to Xian, sharing 4-berth soft-sleeper berth. (B/L)

Day 5 Xian
Arrive Xian in the morning and transfer to hotel to freshen up. Afterwards have a full day tour to visit the Terracotta Warriors, one of the greatest archaeological discoveries in the 20th century; continue your tour to the Wild Goose Pagoda, an icon of Xian city. Enjoy the Tang Dynasty dumpling dinner and show tonight. Stay at Xian Garden Hotel for 1 night. (B/L/D)

Day 6 Fly Xian - Nanjing
Visit the Ancient City Wall, Provincial Museum, and then transfer to airport to fly to Nanjing, another ancient capital city of the old dynasties. Arrival transfer to Mandarin Garden Hotel for 2 nights (B/L)

Day 7 Nanjing
Nanjing is the city with a lot of memory of World War II. Today have a full day tour to Zhonghua Gate, Dr Sun Yat Sen's Mausoleum, Monument to the Nanjing Massacre and Purple Mountain (B/L)

Day 8 Train Nanjing - Suzhou
Morning is free to explore the city on your own; afternoon transfer to station to take train to Suzhou, the Oriental Venice. Arrival transfer to Bamboo Grove Hotel for 2 nights (B)

Day 9 Suzhou
Suzhou is called the Oriental Venice in China, a beautiful city full of amazing gardens and famous for its silk products. Enjoy a full day tour to the Garden of Net Master, Lingering Garden, and the Grand Canal and also visit the Silk & Embroidery Institute (B/L)

Day 10 Train Suzhou - Hangzhou
Have a free morning to explore the local canals and gardens. In the afternoon transfer to station to take bullet train to Hangzhou. Arrival transfer to Sunny Hotel for 2 nights (B)

Day 11 Hangzhou
Hangzhou is another scenic city in China, regarded as the Paradise on Earth. Take a sampan cruise on the picturesque West Lake, visit the Pagoda of Six Harmonies and also the Tea Village, where you will witness the lovely green tea ceremony and try the best green tea in China. (B/L)

Day 12 Train Hangzhou - Shanghai
Morning is free to relax. In the afternoon transfer to station to take train to Shanghai. Arrival transfer to Kaiyuan Hotel for 3 nights (B)

Day 13 Shanghai
Start your tour in the Old Chinatown and explore Yu Garden, a classical Chinese garden with 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over the pond; afternoon visit Shanghai Museum, also visit the Bund and Xintiandi, a restored area of Shikumen Houses. Transfer to airport today for your flight to Guilin, a gem in southern China and renowned for its natural beauty. Arrival transfer to Guilin Bravo Hotel for 3 nights (B)

Day 16 Guilin
Enjoy a morning tour to explore the underground crystal palace - Reed Flute Cave, and then visit the Elephant Trunk Hill & Fubo Hill. (B/L)

Day 17 Guilin
